  Block 1: Industriousness

Block 15:  Team Spirit 

"A genuine consideration for others. An eagerness to sacrifice personal interests of glory for the welfare of all."

Team spirit. You can't have a team without any spirit because then it simply wouldn't be a team just a bunch of people together not really caring about anything. Team spirit helps achieve great things such as medals goals trophies records. Team spirit is a bunch of people working hard to achieve a common goal. Team spirit is the needed block to success in great things because you can't do much by yourself rather then with a team for example going to the moon sports teams creating supplies such as computers and ipads all this requires team spirit and wouldn't be able to be accomplished by one individual. 

Block 16: Honesty 

In thought and action

Honesty is probably one of the best qualities you can possibly have. Honesty is the ability to be not only a fair person but not tell lies. An honest person does not cheat insult or do dirty work on other people an honest person doesn't lie or deceive other people. When you're honest you always tell the truth. Honest persons are fair they play fair games they keep there promises and there respected all over. When your honest your not only honest to other people but yourself too. Honesty helps you become a better person by allowing people to trust you and respect you all over. 

Block 17 : Resourcefulness  
proper judgement

Resourcefulness is to have proper judgment when you're resourceful you have the ability to find quick clever solutions to overcome difficulties. For example of you're in a situation where you need to finish a project by next week but baby sit your baby nephew that whole week then being a resourceful person will benefit you greatly. Why? because you will be able to quickly find a solution to your problem allowing you to do both assignments without any difficulties. 

 Block 18: Poise     

" just being yourself. Being at easy in any situation." Graceful and elegant bearing in a person







 Block 19: Confidence    

" Respect without fear. May come from being prepare keeping all things in proper perspective."

Creates respect

Block 22: Competitive Greatness 

"Be at your best When your best is needed. Enjoyment of a difficult challenge." 

Competitive Greatness is to be at your best when your best is needed. Having this quality is very important because when you're at your best you do great things. People seek this quality out because someone who is always on there best is someone who works hard someone who gets things done someone who has great accomplishments. A successful person always has competitive greatness bc he was always at his best to beat everyone else and get to the top.

Final Reflection 

The building blocks can benefit me by being a good man and by helping me out in life and lots of things.

I'm applying all of them now. There making a huge difference. I will incorporate the other building blocks into my life the same way i have with the ones i have now

 In the video ayy man stood up for what he thought  was right and set an example so that everyone would be honest and not cheat. In another scenario ayy young student decided to help her friend out in the long run by not helping her cheat and giving her the answers allowing her friend to learn from her mistakes and allowing her to feel satisfied about being honest
